Ahh, Wendy. I understand completely. I've been through those spots myself but find that usually if I dig a little deeper I can always find something to be grateful for and that usually leads me out of the darkness. Sometimes we just have to go through the phases to get there when we are dealing with hard things. I'm sending you strength to get through whatever is challenging you. I hope you have a lovely week!
