Sunday Sayings . . .

Ready or not, it's that time of the year, again, when we have lots to do and not enough time in the day to do it all. I found this quote and thought it would be a good reminder for all of you who feel that anxiety in the pit of your stomach just thinking about the upcoming holiday season and all that needs to be done to make it "perfect" (oh how I dislike that word!!!) and worthy of a Norman Rockwell painting. Google "Norman Rockwell" if you're not sure of what I'm talking about. I'm sure you'll recognize his work when you see it.

" How many balls do you think you can keep in the air simultaneously?

Because if some of your obligations are landing on your head, you

may have inadvertently bitten off more than you could chew.

Time to drop things that are not important. "

I'm sure that we are all guilty of this in one way or another. I'm giving you permission to not be "perfect" (oh how I dislike that word!!!) but instead to enjoy this season of love and light. We all have so much to be grateful for.

Many blessings ~ Wendy

The photo is a Norman Rockwell painting. : )
