Last week was our third anniversary and Jim surprised me with tickets to see "Billy Elliot" on Broadway. He and I fell in love with the movie and, when we heard it was coming to the stage, we knew we had to see it!!
We had the most amazing seats. Fourth row center to be exact!!!!! We were able to see things that people sitting further back certainly couldn't see. A great example of that was how hairy one of the dancing dresses' legs were. Go see it and you'll understand what I'm talking about. : )
Picture taking was not allowed but I couldn't resist sneaking a few at the beginning of the second act and at the very end. I figured that if I was going to be booted out of the theatre, at that point, I wouldn't be missing much. : )
My pics aren't the greatest quality because of the bright lights but I wanted you to see how close we were to the stage.We had the most wonderful time and I would highly recommend this show to everyone. We laughed and we cried and we would both see it again in a heartbeat!!
