Sunday Sayings . . .

"The days are long but the years are short."

Author Unknown

This, to me, is the perfect description of raising children sometimes.  Especially during weeks like this past one when my two year old was sick with fever and coughing.  We put her in her "big girl" room and her "big girl" bed last weekend but she spent much of this last week still in our room.  Fevers are the pits but I think it's finally broken and she actually stayed in her bed last nite until 5:00 this morning.  She's still sleeping as I type this at 8:20 am.  GIDDYUP!!!  : )

I've been going thru some photos this last week while being quarantined to the house.  Some brought tears to my eyes to see how quickly Megan has grown and I wanted to share them.  I know my in-laws are probably in need of a "Meggie fix" right about now so this is for you!!  XOXOXOXO

Yes, indeed, the years are so very short.

Many blessings for a Sunday filled with lots of happy new memories ~ Wendy

Aww poor babe. I always let me kids come in with us when they needed to. It will pass so quickly like you said. I want my little ones to find comfort and security in the night if they wake up cold or scared. How awesome to be that for a little person. Blessings!!
